Payments

Payment is required in full before work begins on any project. We accept payment through various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Any additional expenses incurred during the project will be billed separately.

Intellectual Property

All designs and intellectual property created by www.atomstudio.design during the course of any project remain the property of www.atomstudio.design until the client has paid for the Services in full. Once full payment has been received, the client will receive full ownership and copyright of the final designs.

Revisions and Refunds

We offer a certain number of revisions based on the project scope, and any additional revisions beyond this scope may be subject to additional charges. Refunds are not available once work has commenced on a project, however, we will work with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final product.

Liability www.atomstudio.design shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our Services or the use of any designs or products created by us. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site, or from any content or information provided on the Site.

Confidentiality

We will treat all client information as confidential and will not share or disclose any client information without prior consent from the client.

Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
